Can you tell us any more info about the header that you are building? Cost? Availability? Estimated HP and TQ? TIA!

I am almost positive that the full race Focusport brand header sold by SPmotorsports will work, you dould just weld a catco converter on futher down the line, the Focusport fully supports ERg and has O2 sensor ports. Just my .02

I believe perry looked into the Focus one and it does no work. Also, that header is to be used without a cat converter if I'm not mistaken...
The other issue is the later tours have VCT not and EGR valve...

I had a ZX2 header on order, but cancelled because I was moving and they wouldn't get it to me in time to install it. Then when I got settled in, my cousin (also my mechanic) wrecked his bike and was off his feet, then I spent the money that I had earmarked for the header.. blah blah blah.
I could care less about the cat. No emissions tests here.

We currently have a 4-1 race design for Zetec (seen at the SHO/SVT BBQ @ HMS INc in the summer) this design is being revised for cat/road applications.Early 2002.

Not sure if there would be any reason to be concerned, but there would be room for both the headers and turbo under the hood, correct?
