Think of it this way...
How could you put something in-line with your intake which inherently causes a reduction in flow simply by being there and then expect that it could increase flow when it is not electrically or mechanically powered by anything?
Its like putting baseball cards in the spokes of your bike as a kid, it may sound cool, but it does nothing beneficial...
This goes in the catagory of products and services like changing the fluid in your turn signals or rotating the bearings in your mufflers :rolleyes:
