The most recent Duratec HE in the Mondeo that puts out 145 HP is the 2.3 not 2.0. In the past there was a HO Zetec that put out 145 HP.
Duratec HE engines will replace the Zetec in 1.8, 2.0 and 2.3 displacements. for now, in Europe, the Zetec 1.6 and 1.7 (Puma) will continue.
