Does anyone here with a Zetec have a rear sway bar like the one from SP Motorsports or anywhere else. I was going to order one but someone said that it will make the car tailhappy? Is there any truth to this? confused

I have a 98 SE Sport with the factory 19mm rear sway bar. I find the car quite neutral in handling. The car doesn't understeer nearly as much as you might expect most FWD cars to. In the winter, lifting the throttle in a corner and then applying it again allowed the rear to step out nicely in rallye car style.

I'm used to a rear wheel drive, so I prefer this type of setup.

Hope this helps.

Jeff
