The only reason it won't pass emissions is that the cat is removed. just install the cat down where the resonator is and there should be no problem. I plan on doing that anyways to help with the heat problem.
I almolst have enough cash one more bonus from work and I'm all over it, but I'm kinda worried about the internal parts of the engine. I think I'll go with the 6 pound kit and upgrade later if needed. I think the tranny could handel some reasonable power, not too worried there.
