Call first, I'll be gone Friday (Watching Nascar qualifying w/ my son at at California Speedway)

Anytime next week is good. Since my post, I've come to find that the Focus underdrive pulley and belt is interchangable (so I've been told by Esslinger). If that's the case, I've got em for $104.99 each, with a new Goodyear serpentine belt included.

Also, a thermostat update... besides the 180 deg one listed at the store, I now have a 160 drg available, but these don't work well on OBDII cars because they're a little too cold (sets off the check engine light). However, if your car's a cooker, they are the hot ticket.

The belt is not interchangeable, at least not the one that they include w/ their ZX2 kit that includes the idler pulley. It's waaaay too long. A 715 worked on my car.

I was told the Focus belt is correct...
But if you say a 715, can you elaborate? Like what is the full P/N of the belt, and what brand? I'll interchange it and make sure I stock that belt and sell it with the pulley, so you won't need to buy a second belt.

715 was pretty tight. 720 would probably be a better fit if you can get that. Advance Auto Parts didn't carry that size so we made 715 fit. It was VERY tight, but it works w/ the UDP and idler pulley. May not work if the stock idler pulley is used (Esslinger's idler pulley is quite a bit smaller than the stock one). 715K6 maybe? It's the same 6 - vee style as the ZX2 belt, just replace those first 3 numbers you have for the ZX2 belt w/ 715 and you should have your belt. I'll see if I can't remember to take a look at it this weekend.
