Now this is what I like to see. This is what the web is all about.

Someone makes a statement. "Fram sucks."

Someone says, "That's ridiculous bullcrap, show me proof."

He says, "Okay, here's my source, and it IS credible."

Other guy says, "Wow, thanks, I really learned a lot for that information you passed on to me."

THAT is what it's all about. Us college students would call this 'college- level thinking." It's great. My English professor always says, "Everybody has an opinion about everything, even if they know nothing about it." And he's right. But- when we have an opinion BASED ON SOMETHING CREDIBLE, it becomes significant.

Here's my opinion, based on personal experience but nothing scientific: if Wal-Mart sells it, that's enough reason not to buy it.

I have also visited that oil filter webpage. I now buy Mobil One rather than Pennzoil filters, as Penn's are made by Fram.
