perry, thx for the insight. that is the proof i wanted. i will now remove that fram from my mystique zetec, and buy a motorcraft or purolator, as both are the same it sounds like. i most likely will switch to a synthetic oil too just so i dont have to change it so often. again thanks. i still believe the fram's do ok if you dont leave them in for a long time. but i like to baby my vehicles, and from now on, it will be motorcraft for fords and puroltors for my ZR2 when i get it. good job, takes alot to convince me to change. :O)
