Again, you reached your 154,000 mile mark using Frams and changing every 3000 miles. In 3000 miles any piece of crap will do the job as there basically is no job to do! The oil has not accumulated dirt, sludge or contaminates. Wal-MArt K-MArt all sell Frams because they are cheap and unfortunatley people look for cheap when buying products at these outlets. Auto parts stores stock them for the same reason, people look for cheap parts and feel any filter is ok. It is if you change every 3000 miles. So buy a Fram and buy a Pure One and cut them open and see the difference or better yet, cut open a Mobil 1!!!!!!!!
