dude, i like fram xtra guard. i went 4200 miles between oil changes last time,(havoline 5w30 oil) i took 4 quarts of used oil from the crankcase- out of the 4.5qts i put in. unless you pay big money for like a mobil1 or other claimed "duties" oil filter, the rest are pretty much the same. i like the fram cuz of its grippy stuff they put on it. makes it so no matter if your hands are oily, you can still get a hold of it. just my opinion and experiences.
