Where were you planning on purchasing your turbo? I have found only one advertisement on www.scaracing.net It is a turbonetics T3/T4 hybrid. I was thinking about installing it with the KKM tru rev sport induction kit because of the enlarged MAF. How much of the project have you planned yet? As you can tell I have the same ideas and I would like to do this with somebody, or at least get some more ideas. Thanks!

I haven't planned much at all. I am still in the looking into stage. I am still shopping around for the best price and the most reliable turbo unit out there for our engines.

Believe you me, I will definitely be following up on your progress! If I find any useful information, I will try to let you know. However, I feel that mods to the fuel system itself may be a necessity for reliability. I need to figure out if it is a returnless fuel system or not. I think that makes mods even harder.

Works for me. I am starting a new program at school. I am going into the automotive technician program and I am sure that I will be able to do some work on the contour during the course of my studies. I will keep you up to date on how things are progressing

Hey Polo, go to www.carparts.com there they have Turbos for our Zetec's. Its a cool site with alot of stuff you can find for your car. Right when you enter car parts they ask you what your car is, then they go from there....its a cool site. Hope this helps and have fun in there. ------------------ *98 Contour SE MTX*no mods-YET

Wow, was not too impressed with carparts.com. Definitely a lot of info, but not very application specific. I searched for headers under '99 Contour SE 2.0L and I got full length headers for a 429. Not too useful there. However, www.imp-auto.com and www.hksusa.com look like they might be very useful. Particulary hksusa.com. Looks like they have everything one would need for a turbo kit, from exhaust, fuel, ignition, and intercoolers. Looks like I might be shopping there!
