I'll have to agree the ATX is a little 'foo-foo' at times and it does push to drop to third and OD. It does a shift a little hard sometimes too. Since I got my new exhaust installed I noticed the shifts are much smoother. Maybe I'm imagining things but I really think it helped, I'm not sure how or why but I think it did.
