No, tbunder, you're the idiot. You are looking for the impossible. Free mods that don't take any time and don't require any work. You're not going to find that. Someone mentions a free mod that should offer decent performance, and you turn him down.
What more do you want? Want me to tell you how to make a turbo out of an empty milk jug and some toothpicks?
Perhaps you have heard the saying, "Speed costs money, how fast do you want to go?" Or maybe, "You can't get something for nothing." Basically, any modifications you do will cost you money or take some mechanical apptitude.
The cheapest mod you'll probably find is a drop in K&N air filter for your stock air box. Sure, it costs you $40 or whatever for the filter, but you should notice a slight increase in power. Next would be cutting out your resonator and replacing it with a straight pipe. If you have a hack saw, some straight exhaust pipe, and a couple exhaust clamps you can do it yourself in your driveway with a little time.
There's two suggestions, take them or leave them. But don't come to the forums asking people to do the impossible for you, and then turn them down then they do it.
