We had the following conversation while stopped at a stoplight: Him: I notice you are always starting out from a stoplight in second gear. Me: Yup. Less wheel spin that way. Him: Wheel spin?? This is a 4 cyl, right? Me: Yeah, why? Him: 4 cylinder engines are gutless. (Light turns green. The car launches forward as smoke bellows from the front tires for about 40' as the tach zooms toward 6500, followed by a quick shift to third) Him: Sweet! (Grinning from ear to ear) Me: Yup. 4 Cyinders. (Chuckling to myself). Boy I love giving rides to friends! Who's next?? They really aren't that fast unless heavily modified, but I like it. Oh yeah, and I can't wait for the warranty to expire to install the Garrett VNT I just happen to have laying around.
