why? because the rods are made out of real steel, not the powdered sh!t in most of the motors you guys listed. Five Main caps, capable of withstanding 400 Turbocharged HP on stock rods and pistons with maybe some aftermarket rod bolts for insurance.
A real piece of american iron (literally) too bad they never put two of these together for a 800HP 4.6L sohc motor instead of that P.O.S. mod motor Ford makes now.
