I have this Lifter noise in the morning and I know it is not the Timing Belt. The two sounds vary quite a bit. If it is a deep knocking sound, then it is probably the belt. If it a very thin clicking sound and is quite rapid then it is the lifters. Now my question is, is it possible to re-align or adjust the value to lifter clearance to reduce this noise? Thanks.

Lifters are hydraulic,non-adjust.The 'speed' of the 'tick' or knock can give you an idea of its source. If it is at idle speed can be crank/bottom end,if its slower than idle revs most likley valve train.(cams operate at 1/2 crankshaft speed)

It's not like my Honda I owned. We have hydraulic lifters, not mechanical. What oil and filter do you use?

I use 5w30 Penzoil and Frams best Filter (Triple Guard or something like that). I tried thicker old but the car does idle as smooth. Same problem with Synthetic. I went back to 5w30.
