Yes you can do most of what you have listed.the zetec is a strong engine,most track/race versions use a throttle body per cylinder/twin injectors or even revert to Weber carbs.Pleanty of wild cams/high-low c.r pistons,h/duty bearings etc out there.most on uk sites.tubo is a positive(i'm bringing on into the states from 'Dare Cars' in the next few months,a low boost addon.Any major mods need the base engine ,crank /rods /bearings etc checked and rebuilt with powere in mind.The specs are endless on what you can get all depends how big is your pocketbook!
