John, I'm down for helping out Saturday at the Hobby Shop. I think that John at the hobby shop used to work on the Contour's, I do know that he worked at Ford for awhile though. The guy's over there are great. I meant to call you last week, but I left the number on my email at work and have been whoring myself out at Pizza Slut lately too. Sorry. Anyway, if I'm not working Sat at Pizza Hut, I'll be there. Mike

BTW, the hobby shop is open on saturdays even sundays I think. They just recently changed there hours(within the last six months) John, I've also got my card for the shop and could probably even get my roommate to come along as well(has a card as well) if he doesn't go to LA. Mike

Tim, I'm willing to bet we'll be doing this later into the night assuming we can be at the shop that late so there'd probably be enough time for you to come by. boss, Is the hobby shop the place John is talking about using the lift and everything? I didn't realize there was a place like that. Pretty cool.

More than likely, it's the only place I know of on base that has a lift and all. They have about 5 lifts, 4 regular stalls, and lotso other stuff. I have yet to be in there and they not have something I needed. I wouldn't count on doing it late into the night there though, they don't stay open that late. Also, it's heated. The Air Force spoils us too much sometime's, though you won't hear me complain. Mike

Ah, didn't realize you're Air Force also. Do you live on the base? Near John? Is this shop the one off the main road past the gate. Close to powers I think, can't remember the highway name.

yeah I'm in the Air Farce too. Actually I live on the north side of town and John is on base. Well, there's the west gate off Power's and the Main gate is off of Platte. But,yeah it's off the main road between the dorms and the flight line.
Any idea if we are going to be doing anything other than the headers and maybe a serp belt? I'll find out the hours of the hobby shop tomorrow and post it when I get into work. That way folks will be able to decide on a time, if they haven't done so already. I don't wanna step on John's turf, since he kinda started everything around here, but I'm just trying to give a hand. Anyway, I'm not sure what all's been planned so far, but if ya'll need anything and if I can help let me know. 719-649-3883 or michael.allen@cheyennemountain.af.mil Mike

I can help depending how late into the night this thing is going on. I have a track coaches clinic in Ft. Collins on Friday and Saturday morning. Then, I have to work a girls basketball game on Saturday night until about nine or so. If the work is going on well after this, I will come down. Just let me know the plan.

Hey, don't talk sh!t to us just because we love our car more than you do!! :p Boss, We're planning to do the headers Saturday and, hopefully, work on my rear sway bar brackets. Its sounding like we'll only get to work on the headers though since we need someone that can weld to work on my car.
