I just called and got the message at the track. It says open test days Tuesday thru Friday. There were only stipulations for 5 to dusk. Nothing was mentioned about club affiliations. His message says you can leave a message but when it beeps a message says, end of tape, and hangs up. I would say lets just go and see what he says.
By the way there was a 5 till dusk car night Wednesday night. In the future lets try and do that. Be easier to schedule with work.
