Thanks John. I emailed him about it already and he walked me through how to check the code. I will do that this weekend and we will see if I am lucky and don't need a reburn

Go with the VW wagon. I hate Subarus with a passion. Always have, always will. I love station wagons. I almost bought a Volvo V70 T5. I would love a Volvo, a BMW, or an A4. My favorite car in the world right now is the gorgeous blue S4 Avant they have in front of Phil Long Imports in Colo. Spgs. Station wagons rule!!!

Ah! You saw it eh? laugh I loved it too, then saw the price tag. HAHA... Why don't you like suby? AWD..rock solid reliability, very roomy and from what I hear good customer service. They have many options too. The VW is very nice but pricey. No AWD and only a 2 yr warranty bumper to bumper. I don't know if I'm buying new or used. Golly, I'm broke. LOL smile

Oh well, this to shall pass. I'm sure you'll find something more suitable for your needs.

If I was in the market right now, I'd be looking at the new baby Jag. AWD, traction control, with the 3.0 and 227 HP. Sure to be a Series 3 killer !!

How much are you asking for your wheels and what kind of rubber do they have on them and what is the treadlife? I live in Utah so I could just shoot up there. Send me an email and well discuss this further if you still have them.

Derek,
I'm planning on selling the wheels with the car. I have a new set of Artic Alpins on the stock SVT wheels, and I want to use those on the GL Zetec, since it will be mostly my winter car. However, if I change my mind, I will definately give you first dibs on the wheels...

John,
If your considering a wagon, why not the Subaru WRX wagon? You can probably buy it for the same price as the Outback, and it's a *whole* lot faster. A nice family wagon that you could also run at Second Creek!!

But I'm also looking at interior volume. The WRX is VERY cramped. I like the looks of the Outback. The 2.5 is a rock solid engine too. I suppose it "is" more of a size and look thing than anything else. BUT, I'm open to the idea...and I'm going to take a look at it right now. Thanks for the note Bob!
