use the range that is on the tire. i think the kdw's on my svt say 34-44 psi so i run like 38-40
what ever the door jamb says i would disregard. Unless you want a blow out cause ford probly says to run at 5 psi.
Good rule of thumb: go by what the tire manufacturer recamends not by what the sticker says on your door.
