I disagree. My parents had problems with a phone company illegally billing my grandparents for 4 months. One call to the BBB and a refund check and written letter of apology appeared a week later.[/b]The BBB complaint working assumes that the business in question gives a rat's butt about their BBB record. If a business doesn't care, then the BBB complaint will be ignored. I can think of one business that sells Contour parts that falls into this category. If they do care (like that phone company), results should be positive. I should have thrown that in there, as I was auuming a company that practices the old "nobody can come to the phone" scam would care about the BBB. Point noted.
