My Racing Hart's are custom drilled. You'll probably pay about $25 extra per wheel, but if you get the wheel you want, its all good IMO!
The place I bought them from, called the manufacturer and they drilled them then shipped them. Chnaces are, most places will not have a drill press to do it in house.
I wouldn't do it if they were an open lug design, mine have a center cap so you see nothing.
