I wouldn't go above a 195/70-14, 205/70-14 might rub, it is 2 sizes bigger than your stock tire, meaning it will be about 3/4" wider and about 1/2" taller. Or somewhere in that range. Compare the 2 sizes if you can, 2 brand new tires, 1 185/70-14 and 1 205/70-14 and you will see the big difference between the 2 sizes. If you want a 205, go with a 65 or 60, not a 70.
