I have to jump in, just got my 215/45/17's potenza SO3 pole position. Oh my these tires are amazing. I had dunlop sp5000's (Do not buy them) and the way the potenza's handle in the wet is like what the dunlops handled in the dry. The comparison is absolutely pathetic.
There is a good difference between the different potenza models, the SO3's are rated the best, and my expirience only backs that up. They are very quiet, and have excellent traction, both wet and dry. I will never buy a different tire again!
