Saw some compliments on the HTRz II's here, all I can find on tirerack is the HTRZ. Good tire?

I'm running Sumo HTRZ in a 215-45-17. Good grip, smooth and quiet. Ride better than my stock KDW 16s. Very happy with them.

Got them mounted friday...never noticed how bad my old tires were..man this car rides totally different! Tires are god...a little more "floaty" but so far worth the money. And can I say WIDE!!!

That's odd, they must not offer them in that size. I should get my wheels Wednesday. I hope they're nice and wide like you say...I've got General brand tires on mine right now that my dealer slapped on when I bought the car. They're like 4 doughnuts! lol I got the HTRZ II's in 215/45/17

Odd...I couldn't find ANY sumitomo tire in 215 on tirerack.com, so I went with the recommended 225/50/16

I just ordered some 17" wheels direct from Konig and will need tires to put on them. I was leaning toward the HTRZ II's in 215/45-17 as well. Let me know what you think of them when you get them put on.

i'm running the HTRZ II's in that size...215/45-17 and they've been great. Just like they said above smooth, quiet, good grip. They've held up well too. I've had them at the track and auto-x and have had no complaints. smile

It looks like I'm going to go with HTR+. I'm not a fan of the HTRZ II look. But I seem to be the minority on that one. I still have to talk to the guys at Tire Rack.

These are not HTRZ II's, just HTRZ's...so far so good though. No big compromise in handling so far...
