was a local shop. the tires were blems. There is a bit if flashing where the tread meets the sidewall that took ~10 mins to pull off. Beside that and the yellow paint on the sidewalls, the tires are perfect. balanced up fine, and seem quieter than the 27k old KDW's. PM me if still interested.
