I've gpt 19X8 Axis Sevens with 215/35. I lowered it with H&R. Never had a problem. Even think I should of got wider tires.

Definetely make sure of the color you want. I wish I got gunmetal instead of silver. I'm to spur of the moment. Nothing a bit of powdercoating can't take care of.

I just got a set of diablo racing c-9's running a 225-40-18 and I haven't rubbed so far. They seem to cut it close up front but they fit.

MidWest Your tires almost rub, you said, is your car lowered? I am getting 18's with 225 40 18 does anyone think they will cause problems with a 3" drop?

Yes you are going to rub. I suggest you take a rubber mallet and hammer away at the fenders.

I've never had a problem with mine. 215/40/18 series tires. I could see a problem if you had 245s or 45 series tires.

That is because you are using a 215/40/18 which I so do not suggest for an 18 inch rim.
