try http://www.racinghart.com/wheels_rac.asp . you'd probably have to get them custom-drilled, though - i don't think racing hart makes those in a 4x108 bolt pattern. i've seen an SVT w/ C2's, though, but to my knowledge those were custom-drilled.

awesome wheels, but very pricey. 18" C2's would probably run $600-700 apiece! i've seen 19's advertised for $1k apiece. yeeouch.
