Well...in my opinion (and sole opinion), a rice burner is a Honda, Nissan, Toyota (Japanese) made car running on 4 cyl. that when is revved up and taking off at high speeds....it really isn't getting anywhere but into the thousands of RPM's
Although...some of them these days are getting to be pretty quick (<-- notice i said quick)
