When I got my first set of E1's with tires shipping was just under $100. They were shipped from Southern California to Denver, CO in two boxes. Via UPS. I've also shipped 4 individual E1 wheels(4 boxes)via the post office and it was about $15 per wheel so about $60 total. That was a shorter distance though from Michigan it'd be a little more. HTH.
Edit: I forgot to mention, you're also shipping 17's which probably weigh a good amount more than the 16" wheels I shipped so that's a factor too. Try the post office, it should be a little cheaper.
