PM, the wheels and nuts came from a 98 SVT owner in Minneapolis (who I believe is not a frequent contributor to the CEG, but advertised in the classifieds).
Anyway, maybe I ended up with non-OE lug nuts, hence the 21mm dia. The whole 21mm thing doesn't bother me that much, since like I said a 13/16" fits ok, but the problem is the lug wrench in the car. Currently a flat tire out on the road would screw me, since the OE lug wrench I have in the car is for the 19mm nuts

Hence, if 21mm is the current standard, I need to find a new wrench for the car. If 19mm is still the standard, I need to get new nuts.
