When it snows out here, the only cars on the road are SUV's and me with my Blizzaks. Haven't had any amount of snow stop me yet. I actually got 3 seasons of Dec 1 - Easter out of them, even with the relatively dry temperate winters in Philly. The last winter they wore down past the 55% mark, so I replaced them with a new set of Blizzaks. I run the Blizzaks at 29 psi. Kills my gas milage but they wear like mad in the center if I try to run 32 psi.

Get a set of Tire Rack's cheap wheel covers while you are at it. Looks a little better than bare steel wheels.
