Get the Duplicolor wheel paint. I sanded my wheels down, and painted them w/ it. The silver color looks just like the stock color. My wheels were scratched bad and whoever owned the car before me used acid or something to clean them. They looked pretty bad. The paint can be found at Pep Boys or checker.
The older SE rims aren't painted, they're bare aluminum clear coat. There are several places that advertize wheel refinishing in the back of magazines, but usually at a cost of around $75-$100 poer wheel depending on work required. Most likely cheaper to buy some out of the CEG classifieds in good condition.
