235/40/17's on mine, still get a slight "ROMP" if it's a big bump, but it's not the metal any more, it's the plastic liner. Get the right offset and a 245 would be possible. eek Correct offset and coilovers would fit a 255 in the rear, but not quite sure about the front turning at full lock with that wide of one on there. Will be doing some more measuring before doing that though. laugh Would at least have to drop to a 35 or maybe even a 30 series tire to keep the height down to manageable levels.

I have 205/45/17x7's with Konis and Eibachs and the Konis set pretty tight and I still get rub on the plastic liner in the rear. confused

Offset has to be to small on those then, somewhere around 35mm I'd imagine. Get some with 42 or so and you'll be fine.

Dayum, you must have a messed up offset. Just put 215's on my car and they don't come anywhere close to rubbing.
