235/40/17's on mine, still get a slight "ROMP" if it's a big bump, but it's not the metal any more, it's the plastic liner. Get the right offset and a 245 would be possible.  Correct offset and coilovers would fit a 255 in the rear, but not quite sure about the front turning at full lock with that wide of one on there. Will be doing some more measuring before doing that though.  Would at least have to drop to a 35 or maybe even a 30 series tire to keep the height down to manageable levels.

I have 205/45/17x7's with Konis and Eibachs and the Konis set pretty tight and I still get rub on the plastic liner in the rear.
