This is just my own personal experience, but the two Sears by my old place of residence were horrible! Once, I went to have a set of Perelli's put on because they had a sale where you bought three and the fourth was free. Well....they put on three Perelli's and one "sears brand" (can't remember the name. It appears that they ran out of stock and figured I wouldn't the difference (the sears tires was cheaper, but they charged me the same price anyway).
Also, their battery guarantee was never followed through until I basically went into a tirade against the manager of the store to get a new one (the "old" one was only a few months old). Again, Just my 2 cents....
