It all depends on the individual store. (management, sales team, etc) I use 2 Sears stores here in town and both of them treat me well. I usually buy Michelin Pilots, which they always have or Yokohamas, again, usually a stock item. I have 4 cars to get service and they all know me by name and treat me with respect.
