Well here they are, on my car: My new 19 inch Axis Ne-O in Gunmetal finish on Silver Wheels and Nitto 555zr 225/35/19 Tires.

Let me tell you, I am in love with tuner wheels now..Heehehh...Bye bye Chrome Arelli Bling Blings!! I know no one liked them, but they looked sharp! But now that I have these big bad looking 19 inch wheels I'm very proud of my acomplishments in getting them on.

This weekend was test fitting day...So I still have to see if everything is clear as far as everything goes with size and driving.
Remember, I have ground control coilovers on my car, and this can ONLY work if you have ground control.

I'm still unsure about clearance on the back side of the tires, I washed my car today and noticed that they touch when I turn my wheel all the way to the right. I dont know how much of an effect it has when I'm driving, but I will keep you all updated on it.

Alright well these aren't the best pics..because I have a crappy digital camera and it was raining.....I'm going to take more when it gets nice and sunny out again =>

Enjoy..Give me your opnions and questions..I'll be glad to answer them!! =>

Way to make a first impression, Scooby!

I'm just curious, how much do those rims weigh? I remember Craig's Axis 19's being pretty light for their size.

First impression? I've been on this site for 2 years. I just had to re-register my name, cuz of the new server. Anyway, I was just being honest. I like the rims...a lot! But to me, the Cougar is just plain fugly.

Again---just my 2 cents.

I have to admit, I'm not a big cougar fan, but kind of like this one. I can't tell for sure in these pics, is that a factory color?

The wheels look sweet by the way!

I love the cougar => I dont have any complaints about it! Yes she's a factory color too, my favorite color of all the cougars because it changes different shades of blue/purple => Might as well be custom paint right? Heheh

And razz...How did you see me on Maitland and not say hi? => I'll be there again today! lol

My wheels weigh 24 pounds each..I think that is still heavy compared to others that only weight 9 pounds..But these wheels are definately lighter than my old chrome ones that weighed 54 pounds!! =>

Ms. Kitty,
I was thinking about posting a reply to your original message but I just couldn't believe there was actually a wheel named "Bling Bling."
I thought it was a joke.

Well, lo & behold, a local pizza delivery guy inexplicably dropped off the latest issue of Sport Compact Car on my doorstep the other night (along with the pizza, of course).
Whilst perusing the tire & wheel ads (about the only thing interesting in it) I indeed came across the Arelli "Bling Bling" wheel.
Needless to say I was absolutely amazed a wheel company would place such a silly moniker on one of their products. eek

But I suppose since it is Arelli & considering the market demographic they cater to, it may not be all that surprising after all.

Anyway, these new wheels are certainly an improvement over their predecessors.

However, I have a question; are those tires to which they are mounted or O-rings?!? wink

I think he's commenting on the thickness (or lack thereof) of a 225/35/19 tire. It's practically a black rubber band stretched over the wheel... laugh
