NEVER EVER ORDER FROM VICTORIA TIRE. THEY HAVE SCREWED ME OVER FOR THE 4th AND FINAL TIME. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DONT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HAVE BEEN GOING AROUND A LOOP FOR 2 MONTHS WITH THEM AND THEY ARE BITTER A$$holes. whatever you do DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Also sorry to hear about your negative experience with Victoria Tire & Wheel.
Two years ago when I was researching aftermarket wheels for my SVT they were one of the dealers from whom I was seriously considering making a purchase.
Sounds like my decision to purchase from a local dealer was the right one.

By the way, why did you bed over to them FOUR times before deciding they were untrustworthy?
I'd be interested in the details of what transpired.

order of stuff that happened....
#1 order the rims on june 26th (actually the 24th, but they didnt put the order through till the 26th, but no biggie right?)
#2 i specifically told him i wanted the rims on their website wrapped in yoko AVS sports. what came in the mail? the right rim with the wrong design and yoko H4s. i said no big deal, you guys F-ed up just take them back and fix the problem. he said fine and they will be back to my house in 2 weeks.
#3 THREE weeks later i call and he says they are on the way.
#3 a few days after that i call and talk to a different person (gabriel this time rather than quincy) and he says they HAVE NOT GONE OUT and the tires are back orderd and that they should be here on august 2nd.
#4 august 2nd comes by, no rims. call them up he says 2 of the tires got back ordered again and they will be here by today (the 7th). at this point i just wanted them before i take my car to florida for school.
#5 today rolls around, and guess what? NO RIMS. i called them up and he said they were waitin for my "Red" centercaps. i said you are the worst business ever because i didnt even want a red center cap.
#6 called amex and told them to stop payments
#7 called victoria and told them that they were taking back the rims that we "en route" to my house and that they would be crediting 1480 back onto my amex.

my main beef with them is that they did not keep me informed and that they acted like they didnt care. if i ran a business where people are dropping 1-2K on ever purchase, you damned well better have some call backs...

Let me tell you how all of my TireRack deals go.

I call up. (Luke, two out of three times)
I tell him what I want.
I give him my credit card number.
It shows up two or three days later.

I've purchases O.Z. Superleggeras and Firestone Firehawk SZ50EP's for the Contour. I bought a set of 16" Caddy DeVille "take offs" with Dunlop SP5000's for the 1987 Buick (about $700 total shipped to Chez Boner) and a set of Borbet Type H with Yokohama Avid H4's for the original 96 GL Contour.

Every time, hassle free, excellent service.

My vote goes for The Tire Rack ! We can have tires anywhere in the country in about 2-3 days (unless you are 1 of the unfortunate that lives in North Dakota where it takes 4 days).

i ordered my wheels from whalen tire. order took a week and a half to get here. they also shipped the wrong color center caps! called their customer service and they are ok.

if tirerack had the wheels i wanted, i would have ordered from them based on all the good experiences from ceg'ers.

Third for Tirerack. I've only ordered 2 sets of tires in the 9 years i've been driving, but I'm looking to get 3 more sets in the next year, all from Tirerack. No hassles, excellent prices. Heck, my local Bell Tire has to look up Tirerack's price before he gives me his price.
