I know that people love to show the rotors off and all, but to prevent brake dust you may want to look into a system that I saw on one Lincoln I worked on... between the rim and the rotor was a thin sheetmetal disk painted black that fit inside the rim with maybe a very small gap on the perimeter... very effective at keeping brake dust off..... you may want to try something like this..... hope this helps.
