It is not uncommon for new tires to not have quite the same "on center" feel until they wear in a little. They will usually settle in better in a couple of thousand miles or less. Part if the condition is because the new tires are still very flat across the tread. As the edges wear on the front tires a little you should notice a difference. You will sometimes notice the same thing immediately after rotating the tires as well.
