I had a bad tire (KDW with cracks) that wasn't even installed yet, and phoned the Tirerack about it last Monday. They quickly agreed that was not right and said they would send me a new one and I had to return this one. I got the new tire yesterday (Fri.). Pretty good considering I'm in Canada and it had to go through customs. I just hope they get the bad one soon and I don't get charged for another tire. They also said they will pay for shipping the bad tire back to them. Way to go Tirerack!

I also am Canadian (eh!) and was contemplating the tirerack purchase as well
Just wunderin' what the charges were like @ the border?? Was it worth the exchange seeing as our mighty peso is worth like 10 cents on the dollar?

Thanks
Enjoy the new rubber while it lasts!

I spelled it all out a while ago for some one else, but the bottom line was $250 saved after installation. Shipping will be a bit more to BC though. Also, the Canadian peso is worth even less now.
