You can't adapt offset inward using spacers,
only outward. Not that spacers are that good
of an idea anyway (one more thing to vibrate,
shimmy, and/or break).
Don't spend a dime on wheels unless you KNOW
for a fact they're going to fit. Someone who
is "pretty sure" what offset a set of wheels
is doesn't sound reputable to me, and it does
not seem you know if the 4x108mm bolt pattern
is available either.
