I use the Eagle 1 also and haven't had any problems with it. One thing that helps with keeping wheels clean is to wax painted wheels. Such as the ones on Frank's SVT, that's what I have done a couple times and dust hardly sticks. Plus it rinses easier. This probably seems a little extreme but it works and the wheels shine like no other. Good luck.
