So they should have offered you new lugs. That's odd. I got my Konigs from them "cough"before JVT"cough"
and I knew from the getgo I'd need new lugs. Got some smaller spline lock lugs for $16.00 for all four rims.
All of them are locks and look great to boot. I'd talk with someone else and BAT would not sell them if they wouldn't fit. IMHO
