APT- I know what you mean. My parents live in rural Iowa and commute 45-60 minutes each way almost every day. I just don't like that much drive time just to get to work. On the other hand, I'm a sucker for road trips, especially with the new 'Tour'!

I wish I had a 40-50 minute rural commute. Unfortunately, mine is 36 miles and goes from a northern Detroit suburb, through downtown and then out west to another suburb. A Hundreds or thousands of cars in my way every day, hogging the left lane at a whopping 60mph.
BTW, today was the first day in over 2 weeks that I could drive the SVT (no snow tires). Boy I miss it. I couldn't resist passing a left lane hugger and then keep accelerating to 110mph. Too easy.
