I cannot speak to your exact question on personal knowledge (but i think the Tour would win), but I can, through experience, tell you a 95 2.5 mtx will beat a Focus mtx, hands down. Duh, it should.
Your exact race would be close, but again, in the 1/4 mile, I really think the 6 will beat a 4, IMO.
I have yet to even see a Focus SVT, so I will not comment on that matter.
