I have 17" loco 142s with 215/45/17 tires. Combined wheel/tire weight is the same as the E1 SVT wheel/tire combination.
Huibrex is right; getting below 19 lbs or so costs beaucoup money. Only the buyer can decide whether it's worth it. A lighter wheel has less rotational mass; therefore quicker acceleration and braking. I doubt my butt-dyno could tell the difference of 2 lbs. per wheel.
