That happened to me when I wrecked my car last year. It took my dealer a month to get a new transmission. When it finally came, it was the wrong one. My dad drove my rental for about a month. Since he works in Mississippi, and he put 3k miles in a month. 1600 bucks just for the rental, thank God for State Farm! At least you get a van, I drove my dad's 94 Ranger. Broken ignition-starts w/custom screwdriver, broken gas gauge-always on empty, never parked in a garage, doesn't even have a tape player or AC. When I got mine back, the entire car was covered in dust; inside and out, took me two days to clean it.
